How a project goes.
Four steps. Days, not months. Everything important is in writing, and you can stop at any step.
-
We look
At your current website, if you have one, and at what comes up when someone asks for what you do in your area.
Send us your business name and, if you have one, your website. We look at how it behaves on a phone, whether your name, address and phone match across the web, and whether search and AI tools can read it.
Your part: Send a link, or just your business name.
-
You get a written note
What we’d do, a fixed price and a timeline, in plain language. No pressure, no call required.
It comes by email, in English or Spanish. If the fix is small, the note says so. If we can’t help, the note says that too.
Your part: Read it, ask questions, say yes or no.
-
We build
You check the site on your own phone before anything goes live.
We write the words with you, in plain language. You get a preview link, and nothing goes live until you say so.
Your part: Send photos, hours, services and domain access. Look at the preview on your phone.
-
We launch
Your domain connected, everything tested, and a short note listing what was done.
Domain connected, the call button, form and map tested, sitemap sent to Google and Bing. You get a short note listing what was done.
Your part: Tap the call button once. Make sure it rings.
After launch
If you want monthly care, we keep hours, photos and details current. If you don’t, you’re done, and the site is yours.
What slows a project down
Waiting on photos, domain logins or a decision. The build itself is the fast part.
